Harris Mathews Consulting values diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and is dedicated to education institutions and businesses accomplishing their strategic DEIB goals. HMC has worked in education and business for the last 30 years. Previous clients include Cal Expo, Crocker Art Museum, Carmichael Kiwanis, Sac State, and other nonprofit and for-profit entities. We are a result driven consulting firm resolute in closing the opportunity gap and providing economic possibilities for all underserved populations with a specific focus on Black and African American communities. Our principal consultant has experience throughout California and has taught and lectured internationally. We partner with higher education institutions, companies, labor unions, politicians, governments, churches, civic and community organizations.
